Easy Blender Potato Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 kg wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/2 dessertspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cooked potatoes
  • 2 (15g) fresh yeast blocks
  • 2 dessertspoons oil
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Blend everything in the blender except the wheat flour

  2. Pour the wheat flour onto a baking sheet and gradually add the blended mixture

  3. Knead the mixture well until it reaches bread consistency

  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes

  5. Shape and fill the rolls with your preferred filling

  6. Brush the rolls with beaten egg

  7. Bake in the oven at 180Β°C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden

  1. Turkey breast with white cheese

  3. Chicken with catupiry

  4. Three cheeses: mozzarella, catupiry, and provolone
