Classic Homemade White Sandwich Bread
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 packet (10g) instant dry yeast
- 240 ml warm water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except the flour in a blender
Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing well until a soft dough forms
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise until doubled in volume
After rising, place the dough in a greased loaf pan, filling the pan halfway
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C until the bread is golden
