Classic Homemade White Sandwich Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 packet (10g) instant dry yeast
  • 240 ml warm water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the flour in a blender

  2. Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing well until a soft dough forms

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise until doubled in volume

  4. After rising, place the dough in a greased loaf pan, filling the pan halfway

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C until the bread is golden
