Simple Carrot Loaf Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 packet bread yeast (10g)
  • 1 kg all-purpose flour

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the flour in a blender

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and gradually add the flour until the dough comes off the hands

  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes

  4. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume which may depend on the climate

  5. Once the dough has risen knead it again and shape into loaves

  6. Place the loaves in floured molds and let them rise

  7. Preheat the oven to medium heat

  8. Bake until golden about 30 minutes

  1. This recipe yields 3 loaves of bread

  2. For a smaller batch you can make half the recipe
