Brazilian Nutella Filled Dream Pastries

Ingredients

Dough

  • 30 grams fresh yeast (or 10 grams dry yeast)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Assembly

  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Milk, as needed
  • Nutella, to taste

Preparation

Dough

  1. In a bowl, place the yeast, sugar and a little warm water until the yeast dissolves

  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the flour and mix until homogeneous

  3. Gradually add the flour, stirring until the dough becomes thick

  4. Place on a surface, add more flour and knead the dough until it no longer sticks to the hands

  5. The dough should be smooth and homogeneous

  6. Let rest for 1 hour

  7. With the dough, make 12 small balls

  8. Bake in a non-stick pan at 200Β°C for 25 minutes

Assembly

  1. Moisten the pastries in milk and then in the mixture of powdered milk and sugar

  2. Cut the pastry in half and fill with Nutella
