Delicious Brazilian Cheese Bread Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups tapioca starch (600 grams)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup oil (not too full)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (bagged)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Place eggs, oil, milk, tapioca starch, cheese, and salt in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes

  2. Turn off the blender, add baking powder, and blend briefly until just combined

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes
