Delicious Brazilian Cheese Bread Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cups tapioca starch (600 grams)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil (not too full)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (bagged)
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Place eggs, oil, milk, tapioca starch, cheese, and salt in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes
Turn off the blender, add baking powder, and blend briefly until just combined
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes
