Easy Apple Yogurt Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
Preparation
Peel and chop the apples into small pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt and eggs.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then fold in the chopped apples to form a batter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
Pour portions of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Serve the pancakes warm.
