Green Tea Pancakes
Ingredients
- BLEND
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 x VERY large ripe banana (the sweetness will come from this)
- THEN ADD
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Preparation
Blend some more
Then laddle some mixture into a non-stick pan and cook until slightly brown on each side
You may use oil, I don't
I just keep heat down low and avoid burning them
