Green Tea Pancakes

Ingredients

  • BLEND
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 x VERY large ripe banana (the sweetness will come from this)
  • THEN ADD
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend some more

  2. Then laddle some mixture into a non-stick pan and cook until slightly brown on each side

  3. You may use oil, I don't

  4. I just keep heat down low and avoid burning them
