High Protein Chickpea Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (80 g) chickpea flour⁠⠀
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt⁠⠀
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder⁠⠀
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or cider vinegar⁠⠀
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp water⁠⠀

Preparation

  1. Cook like you would cook your regular pancakes! ⁠⠀

  2. Topping ideas ?⁠⠀

  3. Sweet: bananas, berries, stewed apple, coconut yogurt, cacao nibs, almond or peanut butter, bee pollen, agave syrup, granola ⁠⠀

  4. Savoury: avocado, steamed mushroom and spinach, hummus, maple tempeh, miso paste, tahini
