Pancakes

Ingredients

  • I mixed 2 cups of chickpea or gram flour with 1 cup of homemade Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, some spices, salt, finely chopped onion, dill and fennel and some water. Left it for 10 minutes and made crispy pancakes ? ❤️❤️ for #vegan instead of Greek yoghurt you can add coconut yoghurt or cream
  • I just topped these pancakes with these toppings, made a simple tomato, grainy mustard dressing and drizzled that on top! And just like that dinner was sorted in 20 minutes!! I am having this as my brunch today
