Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 mushed bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 500ml oat milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200g plain flour
  • Half squeezed lemon

Preparation

  1. Whisked up then added in some blueberries to the mix

  2. Super easy and not too many nasties, added walnuts and maple syrup

  3. Happy Sunday

  4. Chilli all done and in the slow cooker ready for a chilled Sunday evening before both of us go back to work tomorrow after 16 days off together
