Broccoli and Pea Alfredo


  • 1 pound of pasta of choice (or zoodles)
  • 1/2 cup of raw pumpkin seeds(toasted is fine too)
  • 1 1/2 tsps of pink himalayan salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbs of onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of canned coconut milk
  • 2 tsps of lemon juice
  • 4 tbs of nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup of green peas
  • 1/2 cup of chopped steamed broccoli


  1. Boil water on medium high heat in a large pot, add pasta once water has reached boiling point and lower heat to medium

  2. Now that the pasta is cooking combine all ingredients in a food processor excluding peas and broccoli

  3. Blend until a creamy consistency forms

  4. Drain pasta and pour sauce into pot, add veggies and stir well until all ingredients are well combined

  5. Garnish with nutritional yeast and enjoy???? #threebunnies
