Alkaline Spelt Pasta Pesto
Ingredients
- Spelt spaghetti
- White onion
- Zucchini
- Bell pepper
- Plum tomato
- Sundried tomato
- Arugula
- Organic vegan pesto
Preparation
Cook the spelt spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
Chop the white onion, zucchini, bell pepper, plum tomato, and sundried tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Sauté the chopped vegetables in a pan with a little oil over medium heat until tender.
Drain the cooked pasta and combine it with the sautéed vegetables and organic vegan pesto in the pan.
