Butterbean Hummus Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of butterbeans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup of oat milk
  • Handful of chopped spinach
  • Cooked macaroni pasta

Preparation

  1. Blend everything except the macaroni and spinach until you get a smooth consistency

  2. Stir the chopped spinach and sauce through the cooked macaroni

  3. Keep extra sauce in the fridge for a week
