Cheesy Garlic Bread with Schnitzel and Mafalde Pasta
- Tivall schnitzel (3.5)
- Garofalo pasta
- Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles (part a)
- Spinach (s)
- Mushrooms (s)
- Oats topped wholemeal roll (b)
- Tesco Butterpak spreadable (2 tsp)
- Very Lazy garlic (1/2 tsp)
- Sainsbury's grated mozzarella (part a)
- Garlic powder
- Onion salt
- Colman's mustard powder
How to steps
Cook the schnitzel in the oven according to the package instructions.
Cook the pasta on the hob for about 8 minutes.
In a separate pan, fry the mushrooms and stir in some spinach.
Add 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles to a little pasta water to make a sauce.
Stir in garlic powder, onion salt, and mustard powder.
Add the mushroom and spinach mixture to the sauce.
Slice the roll and mix the Tesco Butterpak spreadable and Very Lazy garlic together. Spread over the roll.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella over the bread.
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and starts to brown.
