Chickpea Pasta with Homemade Sauce and Lots of Parsley

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper⁣
  • half a zucchini⁣
  • half a cup of tomato sauce ⁣
  • 1/4 cup of hemp seeds ⁣
  • 1 key lime, juiced ⁣
  • spring water
  • pasta

Preparation

  1. Grill the bell pepper and zucchini. Add them to a blender together with the other ingredients and blend until smooth. The sauce is usually still hot from the roasted vegetables so you don’t have to heat it up. Pour it over the pasta and garnish with some herbs like parsley and fresh basil leaves
