Easy Spinach Pasta with Chickpeas and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1 pack of spinach
- 1 small can of chickpeas
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of hummus
- 1 tablespoon of walnuts
- 250 grams pasta of choice
Preparation
In a fry pan, place the oil, crushed garlic, spinach and sauté.
Once the spinach has cooked, add the chickpeas and set aside.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Add the cooked pasta to the mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of hummus and stir.
Top with walnuts.
Notes
This spinach pasta is easy to prepare and takes less than 10 minutes.
Serves 2 people.
