Simple Plant Based Bolognese
Ingredients
- 1 onions chopped
- 2 carrots diced finely
- 4 garlic cloves chopped finely
- 1 red chilli chopped finely
- 10 cherry tomatoes diced
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes diced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1 pack @merchantgourmet puy lentils
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup oat milk mix everything together
Preparation
Add in a Handful chopped parsley at the end when you take the mixture off the heat ?
Serve up with wholewheat spaghetti, top with more fresh basil, side of vegan ? garlic bread and if you are feeling special a side of wine ? also top you garlic bread with fresh rocket it’s sooo good
