Tofu Ricotta


  • Extra Firm Tofu drained and mashed
  • 1 tsp of White Miso Paste
  • 2-3 tsp of Tahini
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • Garlic Clove mashed
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to well drained mashed Tofu and mix well

  2. Refrigerate for an hour or longer to let the flavors develop
