Tofu Ricotta
Ingredients
- Extra Firm Tofu drained and mashed
- 1 tsp of White Miso Paste
- 2-3 tsp of Tahini
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice
- Garlic Clove mashed
- Chopped Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
How to steps
Add all ingredients to well drained mashed Tofu and mix well
Refrigerate for an hour or longer to let the flavors develop
