Wheat Pasta for Some Brown Rice or Corn Pasta


  • 1/2 can of tomato paste
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • dried Italian seasoning
  • garlic and basil
  • and some salt and pepper to taste


  1. Sautée the onion in water until translucent

  2. Add the tomato paste with enough water to thin out the paste

  3. Add your herbs and seasonings to taste and cook on low until thickened to your preference

  4. Pour #sauce over pasta and enjoy
