Banoffee Pie
Ingredients
- 40g Grape Nuts cereal
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp erythritol gold
- 3 tbsp hot water
- Sliced banana
- 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp Carnation drizzle
- Banana flavouring
- Muller Light Smooth Toffee
- 10g dark chocolate flakes
- Logo coin
Preparation
Blitz Grape Nuts cereal into fine crumbs.
Mix crumbs with cocoa powder, erythritol gold, and hot water. Press mixture into a 12cm loose bottom flan/tart tin and bake for 5 minutes.
Add sliced banana to the cooled tart case.
Mix salted caramel sauce, Carnation drizzle, banana flavouring, and Muller Light Smooth Toffee. Add mixture to the tart case.
Top with dark chocolate flakes and a logo coin.
