- * 1/2 cup good-quality cocoa powder, plus 2 tbsp for rolling
- For the filling * * 7 oz chocolate
- * 60% cocoa solids
- * 21/2 cups heavy cream
- * 7 oz (3/4 cup) * 1 tsp vanilla extract
