Gf Cinnamon Roll Bread
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup GF flour with xanathan gum
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- WET
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter at room temp
- 1 cup buttermilk at room temp
- 2 eggs beaten at room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla
- cinnamon & sugar mix: 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp
- Glaze: 1 cup confectioners sugar 1 tbsp milk (any kind)
Preparation
Mix dry and wet in separate bowls
Make well in center of dry bowl and mix wet with dry
Place half the batter in loaf pan
Shake half the cinnamon mix in the center and then pour the rest of the batter on top
Spread the rest of the cinnamon mix on top
Take a knife and swirl the batter in all directions to be uneven
Bake at 350 for 30
Lower to 325, rotate the pan and baker for 10-15 extra minutes
Serve warm or store
