Healthy Gluten-Free Chocolate Tart
Ingredients
Shortcrust
- 200g gluten free mix for baking
- 40g banana flour
- 30g coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 140g margarine or butter
- 2-3 tbsp cold water
Filling
- 2 big avocado
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 big banana
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 2-3 tsp maple syrup
- 50g melted dark chocolate
Preparation
Shortcrust
Combine all shortcrust ingredients.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and transfer to a pan.
Prick with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool.
Filling
Blend all filling ingredients.
Pour into the cooled crust.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Top with fruits and enjoy.
Tips
This tart remains creamy and delicious even the next day.
