Healthy Gluten-Free Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

Shortcrust

  • 200g gluten free mix for baking
  • 40g banana flour
  • 30g coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 140g margarine or butter
  • 2-3 tbsp cold water

Filling

  • 2 big avocado
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 big banana
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup
  • 50g melted dark chocolate

Preparation

Shortcrust

  1. Combine all shortcrust ingredients.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Roll out the dough and transfer to a pan.

  4. Prick with a fork.

  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Let it cool.

Filling

  1. Blend all filling ingredients.

  2. Pour into the cooled crust.

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. Top with fruits and enjoy.

Tips

  1. This tart remains creamy and delicious even the next day.
