Homemade Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats, blended into a flour
  • pinch of sea salt & garlic seasoning salt
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients together, making a SUPER sticky soft dough. divide into as many pizzas as you want, wet hands thoroughly to spread into thin crusts & roll up the sides 1/4 inch for a crust. top with all your favssss & bake at 375F for 30 mins?

  2. My toppings: @traderjoes vegan pesto for the base (tried again for the first time since it dropped like 2 years ago, the reformulation is BOMB), sliced crimini mushrooms, @lightlifefoods vegan chicken tenders pieces, broccolini, sliced fresh garlic, fresh arugula + basil (added with 5 mins baking time left)

  3. The crust turned out crumbly, but buttery flavor with a great biscuit like texture. didn’t hold up the toppings very well (had to eat with fork & knife), but absolutely delicious & a perfect dinner with all the toppings
