Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of warm water
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of soaked cashews
  • 1/2 cup of fresh basil
  • 1/8 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • diced avocado
  • broccoli florets
  • sliced green olives
  • arugula
  • radish sprouts

Preparation

  1. Combine dry active yeast with warm water and stir until yeast is dissolved and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. In a separate bowl combine flour and olive oil. When yeast is ready (if yeast is not foamy start over) mix into dry ingredients

  2. Knead dough on flat surface. Coat the bowl you just used with a dash of olive oil and place dough back in bowl. Cover with a small towel and set in a warm room for two hours

  3. Once dough is ready preheat oven to 375°. Combine all ingredients for the sauce into a high speed blender and blend until smooth

  4. Roll dough out onto a baking sheet on parchment paper and spread sauce out on top evenly. Add all toppings excluding arugula and sprouts

  5. Place pizza in oven for 15 minutes. Once time is up remove pizza from oven and add arugula and sprouts. Enjoy
