Peanut Butter Cup Protein

Ingredients

  • 1️⃣ Add 1/2c oats, 1/2c grated cauliflower, and 1 1/3c water or plant milk to the stove on medium heat
  • 2️⃣While that begins to cook, grate a small zucchini into a separate bowl
  • 3️⃣Once the oats come to a boil, added the grated zucchini
