Pumpkin Oats

Ingredients

  • Bring 1 cup unsweetened almond milk to a boil
  • then cook 1/2 cup rolled oats. Once most of the liquid is gone
  • stir in 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • and I also added 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (@vitalproteins ). Topped with frozen bloobs
  • chia seeds
  • @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chunks
  • and a little maple butter from @traderjoes
