Pumpkin Oats
Ingredients
- Bring 1 cup unsweetened almond milk to a boil
- then cook 1/2 cup rolled oats. Once most of the liquid is gone
- stir in 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- and I also added 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (@vitalproteins ). Topped with frozen bloobs
- chia seeds
- @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chunks
- and a little maple butter from @traderjoes
