Zucchini Oats, Gooseberries, Blueberries, Kiwi, Peanut Butter, Pepitas and Hemp Hearts
Ingredients
- zoats
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (gives more plant protein than other milks)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Allow to cook and thicken while you stir
Once it simmers, just cook for 3-5 minutes or until it’s at your desired consistency
