Zucchini Oats, Gooseberries, Blueberries, Kiwi, Peanut Butter, Pepitas and Hemp Hearts

Ingredients

  • zoats
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (gives more plant protein than other milks)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Allow to cook and thicken while you stir

  2. Once it simmers, just cook for 3-5 minutes or until it’s at your desired consistency
