Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk - use any plant milk you prefer⁠
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
  • berries for the top⁠

Preparation

  1. Mix everything into a bowl⁠

  2. Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours⁠

  3. Top it off with the berries and nut butter plus anything else you like⁠
