Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk - use any plant milk you prefer
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- berries for the top
Preparation
Mix everything into a bowl
Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours
Top it off with the berries and nut butter plus anything else you like
