Curry, Chips and Rice

Ingredients

  • Actifried chips
  • Basmati rice
  • 1 large brown onion
  • Naked Glory roast tenderstrips
  • 1/2 tbsp Nkd Living naked syrup
  • Knorr vegetable stock pot
  • Water
  • 1 tbsp hot curry powder
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Schwartz.uk onion salt, Chinese 5 spice, garlic powder, ground ginger
  • Splash of white wine vinegar and some lemon juice
  • 1/5 tbsp Hellmann's chilli and garlic sauce

Preparation

  1. Cut the onion into long strands and fry on low heat to caramelize.

  2. Add Naked Glory roast tenderstrips to the pan with onions.

  3. Add Nkd Living naked syrup, Knorr vegetable stock pot, water, hot curry powder, cornflour mixed with water, Schwartz.uk onion salt, Chinese 5 spice, garlic powder, ground ginger, white wine vinegar, and lemon juice.

  4. Cook until the sauce thickens and the tenderstrips are cooked through.

  5. Prepare the basmati rice.

  6. Make Actifried chips.

  7. Serve the curry with rice and chips.

  8. Add a spoonful of Hellmann's chilli and garlic sauce.
