Easy Vegan Taco-Inspired Burrito
Ingredients
Soy mix
- 3 dl minced soy
- 2 dl black beans
- 1 dl water
- 2 tbsp taco spice
- 2 tbsp salsa
Burrito fillings
- Rice
- Veggies of choice
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a pan and fry everything off for a few minutes.
Add the mix to your burrito, together with rice and veggies of your choice.
