Easy Vegan Taco-Inspired Burrito

Ingredients

Soy mix

  • 3 dl minced soy
  • 2 dl black beans
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 tbsp taco spice
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Burrito fillings

  • Rice
  • Veggies of choice

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pan and fry everything off for a few minutes.

  2. Add the mix to your burrito, together with rice and veggies of your choice.

  3. Enjoy!
