Vegan Taco Bowl Variation

Ingredients

  • crispy lettuce
  • cocktail tomatoes
  • vegan soymince
  • taco spice
  • black beans (optional)
  • sweet corn
  • cucumber
  • ripe avocado
  • herb salt
  • red onion
  • salsa
  • crème fraîche
  • rice or bulgur

Preparation

  1. Get a big bowl ready.

  2. Chop the crispy lettuce.

  3. Halve the cocktail tomatoes.

  4. Fry the vegan soymince with taco spice and optionally add black beans.

  5. Open a can of sweet corn.

  6. Dice the cucumber.

  7. Halve a ripe avocado and add herb salt on top, or make guacamole.

  8. Dice the red onion.

  9. Add salsa and crème fraîche.

  10. Boil rice or bulgur until cooked.

  11. Combine all the prepared ingredients in the bowl.

  12. Serve and enjoy.

Optional tips

  1. Make your own nacho chips to eat with the bowl.
