Simple Vegan Sushi Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 8 oz silken tofu
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced and quartered
  • 1 cup fresh sprouts
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 6-8 sheets seaweed snacks

Serve with

  • Sesame seeds
  • Spicy red pepper dressing or any flavor
  • Soy sauce
  • Pickled ginger

Preparation

  1. Split the ingredients between two bowls and assemble in rows.

  2. Serve with sesame seeds, pickled ginger, soy sauce, and miso mayo.
