Simple Vegan Sushi Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 8 oz silken tofu
- 1 small cucumber, sliced and quartered
- 1 cup fresh sprouts
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 6-8 sheets seaweed snacks
Serve with
- Sesame seeds
- Spicy red pepper dressing or any flavor
- Soy sauce
- Pickled ginger
Preparation
Split the ingredients between two bowls and assemble in rows.
Serve with sesame seeds, pickled ginger, soy sauce, and miso mayo.
