Easy Veggie Sushi Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 8 oz silken tofu
- small cucumber, sliced and quartered
- 1 cup fresh sprouts
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 6-8 sheets seaweed snacks
Accompaniments
- sesame seeds
- spicy red pepper dressing or miso mayo
- soy sauce
- pickled ginger
Preparation
Split the ingredients between two bowls and assemble in rows.
Serve with sesame seeds, pickled ginger, soy sauce, and miso mayo dressing.
