Vegan Fried Rice with Vegetables and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 2 sausages, vegan chorizo (140g)
- 2 dl green peas
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper
- 2 dl rice
Preparation
Cook the rice.
Chop the vegetables and sausage into small cubes or pieces.
Fry them in oil in a large pan.
When the vegetables start to brown, add the spices.
Add the cooked rice and combine everything.
Serve and enjoy.
Tips
For a variation, wrap the fried rice in a burrito to make it even better.
