Easy Curry Fried Rice Dish
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp diced onions or onion leeks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 to 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
Toppings
- Sesame seeds
- Spring onion
Preparation
In a pan, heat the sesame oil.
Add in the onions and sauté until tender, then add in the garlic and sauté.
Add in the vegetables and cook until tender.
Add in the rice and curry powder, mix well, season to taste, and enjoy while hot.
Tips
This recipe serves 1-2 people.
Use any leftover vegetables you have on hand.
Spring onion is optional and primarily for garnish.
