- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp. wasabi or wasabi powder
- 1 tsp. vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sriracha
