Avocado-Sushi Bowls

Ingredients

  • Sushi rice(or brown rice)
  • Avocados
  • Purple cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Red bell pepper
  • Nori sheets
  • Soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Cook rice then slice avocados in half and pit

  2. Lay bottom of avocado with rice and press in

  3. Place all veggies in avocado distributing evenly

  4. Cut nori sheets with kitchen scissors letting them fall in place

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce, enjoy
