• squeeze of lemon (If you can get ume plum vinegar, that’s something a lot of people enjoy in this!!)
• 1 celery rib, chopped
• minced green or red onion (chopped lettuce sautéed in a pan with onion powder is a great alternative if you don’t have onion but you want the taste and texture!!)
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon or more of cayenne pepper
—Pulse in a food processor OR blender—
• Ezekiel bread, toasted
• nori (my fav addition)
• romaine lettuce
• sesame seeds to top it (I personally add these to a lot of my meals for hormone balance)
