Spicy Wasabi "Tuna" Salad Over Arugula and Radish Greens (And Other Veggies)
Ingredients
- 1 package goodcatchfoods, Naked in Water Fish-Free Tuna
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1/4 jalapeno, small dice
- 1 tsp wasabi (mix with water to form a thin paste)
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp tamari
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds
Preparation
Mix all things together in a bowl, place on a bed of veggies
