Caramelized Bananas
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tbls vegan butter
- 1 tbls maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 freeze dried raspberry, crumbled
- peanut butter
- sourdough bread, toasted
Preparation
Start out by melting butter, slice your banana and add to pan
Sprinkle cinnamon and pour maple syrup over bananas
Now toss in pecans! Allow to caramelize to your golden desire! Meanwhile, toss you pecans to coat, they will become nicely crispy/crunchy! (Mmmmmm) take a peak under your bananas you can flip if so desired, I chose not to
When almost fine it’s a good time to start your toast, slather peanut butter on when toasted! Top with your bananas then then you pecans! For the finishing touch add your freeze dried crumbled raspberry
