Cashew Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for 1 hour)
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
Use a blender to mix, then let it sit in the fridge overnight to firm up! or use immediately if you want to use it as a spread or dip
