Cashew Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for 1 hour)
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Preparation

  1. Use a blender to mix, then let it sit in the fridge overnight to firm up! or use immediately if you want to use it as a spread or dip
