Coronation Tuna Baguettes
Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons curry powder (Bolsts Mild Curry powder/TRS Mixed Madras Curry Powder recommended)
- A handful of sultanas
- 1 small can of sweetcorn
- Part baked baguettes
- Butter (optional)
- Romaine lettuce
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, fork through the drained tuna. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Add ground black pepper, curry powder, sultanas, and sweetcorn to the tuna mixture. Mix everything together.
Bake the part baked baguettes according to the instructions on the packet. Let them cool down before slicing.
Optionally, butter the inside of the sliced baguettes.
Wash and slice Romaine lettuce leaves and place them inside the baguettes.
Top the lettuce with the Coronation Tuna filling.
