Vegan Meatball Subs with Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pack Flexible Foods plant-based patties
- 1 baguette, halved
- 400g marinara sauce
- Vegan parmesan
Preparation
Empty the plant-based patties mixture into a bowl and add water as specified on the pack. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Mix together and roll the mixture into balls using your hands.
Heat the marinara sauce in a pan and add the plant-based meatballs. Cook until the meatballs are heated through.
Toast the halved baguette.
Top the toasted baguette with the cooked meatballs and a sprinkle of vegan parmesan.
