Vegan Meatball Subs with Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Flexible Foods plant-based patties
  • 1 baguette, halved
  • 400g marinara sauce
  • Vegan parmesan

Preparation

  1. Empty the plant-based patties mixture into a bowl and add water as specified on the pack. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix together and roll the mixture into balls using your hands.

  3. Heat the marinara sauce in a pan and add the plant-based meatballs. Cook until the meatballs are heated through.

  4. Toast the halved baguette.

  5. Top the toasted baguette with the cooked meatballs and a sprinkle of vegan parmesan.
