A Bowl of Delicious Taco Pasta

Ingredients

  • gluten free rigatoni
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 3/4 cup vegan queso
  • avocado
  • tomatoes
  • scallions
  • cilantro
  • kale
  • hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Gluten free rigatoni in a sauce made with 1 cup pasta sauce (also works with salsa!) and 3/4 cup vegan queso (or any queso dip!)

  2. Topped with avocado, tomatoes, scallions, cilantro and kale. Sprinkled with hemp seeds
