- gluten free rigatoni
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 3/4 cup vegan queso
- avocado
- tomatoes
- scallions
- cilantro
- kale
- hemp seeds
Preparation
Gluten free rigatoni in a sauce made with 1 cup pasta sauce (also works with salsa!) and 3/4 cup vegan queso (or any queso dip!)
Topped with avocado, tomatoes, scallions, cilantro and kale. Sprinkled with hemp seeds
