) Clean king trumpet mushrooms well, before cutting the stem in 1-inch pieces. They should look a bit like Scallops
2) Soak the “scallops” in a brine of warm water, a teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of seaweed powder, and a teaspoon of sour orange juice for at least 30 minutes
3) Baste the scallops with a mixture of grapeseed oil, sour orange (or lemon if you don’t follow the Sebi protocol strictly), crushed tarragon, dill, Alkaline Old Bay (recipe in my ebook), and dulse or kelp granules
4) Bake in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes on each side
