Homemade Salsa

Ingredients

  • tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • mustard seeds salt
  • water select cilantro

Preparation

  1. In a pot add some water and the tomatoes( use whole tomatoes), just enough to submerge the tomatoes

  2. Let the pot simmer on a low flame for a few minutes until the tomatoes are well cooked. Turn off the gas and let it stand until it’s cool

  3. Add the tomatoes to the blender and blend them with some cilantro and salt

  4. In a pan add some oil, after the oil warms up add mustard seeds and add blended to tomato

  5. Store it in air tight jar in the fridge and enjoy with chips, roti.
