Lilac Sugar
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup lilac flowers
Preparation
In a pint sized mason jar, layer the flower petals and sugar
A cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of flowers, and so on
Store in a dark place and shake every day for a week
Strain out the flowers and keep in a jar to sprinkle on top of cookies, fruit, cake, etc whatever you can dream of
