Mac ‘N’ Cheeze

Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes
  • 300g carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 40g nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp texas chilli spice
  • 1 tbs mustard
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Cashew butter (or soaked cashews) until the desired consistency is reached (~ 2-3 Tbs)

  2. Cook potatoes & carrots & onion, then blend everything until smooth and creamy. Serve with your favourite pasta. ♥️
