Mac ‘N’ Cheeze
Ingredients
- 500g potatoes
- 300g carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 40g nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp texas chilli spice
- 1 tbs mustard
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- salt to taste
Preparation
Cashew butter (or soaked cashews) until the desired consistency is reached (~ 2-3 Tbs)
Cook potatoes & carrots & onion, then blend everything until smooth and creamy. Serve with your favourite pasta. ♥️
