Tomato Chutney
Ingredients
- 250 g red onions
- 500 g mixed-colour tomatoes
- 1 fresh red chilli
- 75 ml red wine vinegar
- 140 g coconut sugar
Preparation
Simply peel and slice your onions, chop your tomatoes up, and finely slice your chili
Pour your ingredients in a pan and lightly mix, and allow to cook until a jam-like texture (30-40 minutes)
Pour this into a sterilized jar and it should be good to pop into your meals for up to 4 weeks
